  • Electrical and mechanical testing can be performed with our in house equipment. We can also assist in building custom test fixtures for your product. 

• Conformal coating and potting​

  • Conformal coating products for damp, outdoor or harsh environment use is a great solution to get the most life out of a product.​

  • Potting or encapsulation is a good option when products are going to be exposed to high levels of moisture.  Thermally conductive encapsulants can also be used to keep assemblies cool providing higher heat transfer efficiency.  

• Kitting

  • We can build your product and package it in sets with labels so there is no guesswork when it arrives.

• Plug and play wiring solutions

  • Our plug and play wiring solutions can often eliminate the need for licensed electricians onsite to complete the wiring.  The process is simplified to the point that a novice will have no trouble putting the system together. 

•  Custom wire solutions

  • We have several automated and semiautomated wire processing machines in house. If you need a custom wire solution, chances are we can help you with that. ​
