IN-HOUSE PCB ASSEMBLY
Our high speed PCB assembly line consists of an automatic fluid dispensing machine, automated stencil printer, a precision pick and place machine and an 8 zone reflow oven. The PnP machine has an eight nozzle gantry head that utilizes a Panasonic closed loop servo system with flying vision that achieves placement accuracy of 0.01mm without sacrificing speed. The vision system allows the machine to photograph each component and make adjustments on the fly before it places it on the PCB. Components ranging from 0402,BGA, 0.4mm pitch QFP and SMT connectors are no challenge for our pick and place line. It can handle PCBs up to 11.8" x 24" (610mm x 300mm) in a single pass. Larger boards are achieved in two passes. For through hole applications we have selective and dip soldering systems capable of PCBs up to 11.8" x 13.77" (300mm x 350mm)
